NITECORE Team Celebrates Four Top-10 Finishes at UTMB 2025

The 2025 Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB) in France recently concluded, marking a historic breakthrough for the NITECORE Trail Running Team. Tom Evans claimed first place with a record-breaking time of 19:18:58, while NITECORE athlete Josh Wade took third. Team member Duoji and NITECORE athlete Jiasheng Shen finished fourth and eighth respectively, giving the NITECORE Trail Running Team four top-ten finishes.

Facing the grueling 174km course with a total elevation gain of 9,900 meters and the unpredictable alpine weather, Tom Evans showcased exceptional endurance and strategic intelligence. From the early stages of the race, he steadily took the lead, gradually widening the gap with his competitors. Ultimately, he crossed the finish line first, setting a new course record and exemplifying the dual resilience of a trail running athlete – both in spirit and physical strength.

 

Four NITECORE Trail Running Team Members in the Top Ten

Beyond the championship, the NITECORE Trail Running Team achieved a historic milestone.


  • ž   NITECORE athlete Josh Wade claimed third place with a time of 20:05:06.

  • ž   Team member Duoji finished fourth in 20:15:05.

  • ž   NITECORE athlete Jiasheng Shen secured eighth place with 21:11:59.


 

With four athletes in the top ten, the NITECORE Trail Running Team demonstrated their unwavering spirit to conquer the mountains and push beyond their limits.

 

NITECORE Trail Running Team has written a new chapter in the UTMB 2025. While celebrating the outstanding achievements of four athletes, NITECORE also pays tribute to all runners venturing into the mountains and chasing their limits, and will continue to illuminate runners’ global trail running journey and path to victory.
