NITECORE Introduces the MT2A Pro AA Flashlight Equipped with the NiteLab UHi 20 LED

NITECORE today announces the High Performance Rechargeable AA Flashlight MT2A Pro, its latest addition to the MT Series. Thanks to the UHi 20 LED, it can reach higher brightness and extended reach with superior ease of use.

 

Traditionally, AA flashlights were known for their limited brightness and range, falling short for many users. However, with the UHi 20 LED, the MT2A Pro elevates the brightness to an astonishing 1,000 lumens—a 190% leap from its predecessor—and provides a throw reaching 255 meters, ideal for everyday carry, emergency lighting, outdoor work, and more.

 

The MT2A Pro comes standard with a NL1416R rechargeable Li-ion battery featuring 1,600mAh capacity, 5A continuous discharge current, and a USB-C charging port. As an added feature, the flashlight also works with AA batteries, whether they're alkaline, lithium, or rechargeable, ensuring user convenience in any outdoor scenario. It is suitable for concealed carry with a tube diameter of 17.2mm (0.68"), and weighs only 87.6g (3.45 oz) (Clip Excluded). The body is crafted with precision CNC machining and features anti-slip knurling to ensure a secure grip even with sweaty and wet hands, or when wearing gloves.

 

The MT2A Pro is user-friendly with a single tail switch for operation. Its U-shaped tail cap is designed for preventing accidental activation with tail standing capability. Impressively, it's IP68-rated for dust and water resistance and can withstand drops from 1 meter.
